To find a PDF version of a Certificate
of Analysis, either enter the lot number (see below) or
the product name of the item you are interested in. Then
indicate whether tablet or extract form, and click on Start
Search, and all lot numbers for this product will be
shown. Select desired lot number.
Enter the first six numbers of the lot
number shown on the bottom or side of your bottle.
(e.g. "LOT 050351EX4/06" Enter: 050351)
