Shipping Discounts
Available in the continental U.S.
- Free ground shipping anywhere in the continental U.S. for orders over $125.
- Free 3-day shipping for orders anywhere in the continental U.S. over $175.
- We pay half of 2-day shipping charges anywhere in the U.S. for orders over $250.
Volume Discounts
Get volume discounts with orders over $200.
- 2% volume discount for orders over $200 and less than $500.
- 5% volume discount for orders over $500 and less than $1,000.
- 10% volume discount for orders over $1,000.
Shipping and Handling Charges
Shipping and handling charges are based on actual UPS shipping charges.
Do you need 3-day or 2-day delivery?
UPS Ground will deliver in 12 days to most areas of California, Oregon and Utah, as well as to most of Nevada, the western half of Washington, the Phoenix area of Arizona and the S.W. area of Wyoming. (Partial areas of states are determined by zip code.)
Delivery time begins counting from the next business day.

When ordering up
to 50 empty 1 or 2 ounce bottles, all listed shiping fees or discounts will apply.
When ordering more than 50 empty 1 or
2 ounce bottles, calculated fees for additional weights will be added. You will be contacted
if this applies.
No Minimum Order
There is no minimum order requirement.
Terms
Visa and MasterCard are accepted.
Sales Tax
Current California tax rate is 7.25%.
Santa Cruz County tax rate is 8.50%.
Santa Cruz City tax rate is 9.25%.
Out of state orders are automatically exempt.
Shipping Facts
- UPS does not ship to Post Office boxes; a street address must be used.
- Shipping charges will be shown before the purchase is complete.
- All orders will be shipped a few days after they have been received and processed.
- Orders to Hawaii and Alaska are shipped UPS 2-day Air or Priority Mail.
- Special shipping arrangements are available upon request. Contact Customer
Service.
- Empty glass bottles and droppers (quantities of 50 or more) are not eligible for freight allowances and will be assessed at actual UPS charges.
Shipping Damage
- Contact Customer
Service immediately if you have received damaged merchandise. Shipping damages must be reported within two weeks of receipt.
- Save the original carton, packing materials and damaged items, as UPS may choose to do an inspection. Customer Service will contact UPS to report the damage.
- Products will be returned to Kan Herb Company once authorization is given by Kan Herb Company.
- Once products are returned, Kan Herb Company will issue a credit, replace the products, or otherwise advise you.
Acupuncture Supplies
Acupuncture supplies may only be sold to qualified practitioners. Purchaser accepts full responsibility for the safe and proper use of such supplies, and agrees to indemnify and hold Kan Herb Company harmless from any claims against these products or their ultimate use.
Returns
Return of overstock or unused items that are sealed and suitable for resale, with the stock number attached, are subject to a restocking fee of 15%. The merchandise must be returned with the shipping prepaid – we do not accept C.O.D. deliveries. Proper packaging must be employed to eliminate damage/marring of labels, or credit may not be given.
Kan Herb Company's proprietary products must be returned within 6 months of purchase.

Return Process
- Contact Customer Service at 800.543.5233 or

customer@kanherb.com, or in writing for a Return Authorization (required). Please reference the invoice number.
- After you have received your Return Authorization, include the
following information:
- Name.
- Address.
- Email address.
- Phone number.
- Reason for the return, a copy of the original invoice (if possible) or invoice number, date of purchase, and description of the items returned.

Ordering and finding the order in My
Orders.)
- Send the Return Authorization and merchandise to

How is my order processed?
You will receive two emails after you have placed your order.
- Order confirmation email: The first email will confirm that your
order has been received.
- Order shipped email: The second email will confirm that your order
has been shipped. Tracking information and invoice number will be provided.
My order hasn't arrived
yet. How do I track my order?
- To track your order, find the UPS tracking number in the email sent to you
confirming that your order has been shipped. Go to http://www.ups.com/tracking/tracking.html
to check the status of your order online. When prompted to enter the inquiry number,
enter your package tracking number and click Track. It may take
up to 24 hours after shipment before tracking information appears on the UPS website.
- If your order appears late, remember:
- Credit card approval must be received prior to processing.
- All orders will be shipped a few days after they have been received and processed.
- UPS offers standard delivery Monday through Friday. Saturday delivery is offered with an additional charge. Shipping Information
