How to Use the Distribution Center Delivery Service

Placing a Distribution
Step 1 | For New Customers: Click on Create a Distribution Order for a New Customer and set up a profile for this customer with desired pricing markup.
For Existing Customers: Click on Create a Distribution Order for an Existing Customer and select the customer's name from your customer list. |
Step 2 |
Choose from one of the four order forms to place a
pre-packaged distribution order. Complete
the distribution order and click Write Distribution.

Step 3 | You will then be asked to complete the distribution
by adding pertinent dosage instruction and clicking Review
Distribution. |
Step 4 |
Review the distribution order and click Submit Distribution
once completed.

Step 5 |
A distribution reference number will be sent to you and your
customer in a confirmation email.

Picking up a Distribution
Step 1 |
Customers will log in, using the email address as entered
by you in their account profile. Afterwards, customers will
be able to complete their account profile, as well as change
their password.
After the first login, customers simply use the email address and password residing in their account. Please note that when customers change their account information, it will be automatically updated in your customer's account profile. |
Step 2 |
After login, customers may either enter the distribution reference
number or click on View Distributions and Refills
to view all available distributions and refills.

Step 3 |
Customers select the desired distributions or refills, confirm
shipping address and options, and pay using a valid Visa or
MasterCard.

Step 4 | An email confirmation is sent
with the distribution reference, invoice,
and tracking numbers. |
Note: All future documentation will refer to both the distribution reference and the invoice number.
All distributions are clearly labeled
with the name of the practitioner, name of the customer, the indicated
formulas with dosage instructions, number of refills available,
and the last date for which refills will remain available for pick
up.
How is My Customer's Distribution Order Processed?
After placing a distribution order
at our Distribution Center, you will receive an email confirming
that the distribution order was received. An email, with a distribution
reference number, will be sent notifying your customer that you have
placed a distribution and that it is available for pick up.
Once your customer selects and pays for a distribution, a second email is sent to them. This email confirms that the distribution order is being processed. Just prior to order shipment, their credit card will be charged. Upon credit card approval, and immediately following shipment, a third email is sent to the customer, providing the distribution reference, invoice and tracking numbers.
Labeling
All distributions will be clearly labeled with the name of the practitioner, name of customer, and the indicated formulas.
Your dosage instructions will be provided on the invoice sent to the customer.
Changing
or Canceling a Distribution
If you need to change, or delete a distribution after it has been placed, select the customer's last name and click on View Distribution Orders for that customer.
All distribution reference numbers will be shown; click on the desired distribution. Clicking on edit will allow you to change the number
of refills, the refill expiration date, or to cancel the distribution.
If you would like to change or add products to your distribution, save it as a Quick Order then retrieve the Quick Order distribution and make
desired changes.
Receiving Markup Income
You will receive a check from Kan Herb
Company once you have accrued $50 or more in markup earnings. If
after 12 months, the accrued markup has not reached $50, a check
will be sent to you for the amount accrued.
Distribution Center Delivery Service for Customers without:
- Email
- Internet access
- A valid Visa or MasterCard
If customers do not have an email address, you may assist them by picking up their distribution, using your email address.
- Enter your email address as the customer's email address in their account profile.
- After you have placed a distribution for this customer, a distribution reference number will be sent to your email address.
- Register your customer, using your email address. Log in as the customer after registration, and click on View Distributions and Refills.
- Pick up and pay for the distribution, entering your customer's
distribution reference number, name, your email address, their
credit card information, and shipping address.
- The distribution will be sent directly to the shipping address
provided. You will receive a confirmation email, with invoice
and tracking numbers, after shipment of your order.
Customers without a Visa or MasterCard
We accept Visa or MasterCard only. You may pay for your customer's distribution using your valid Visa or MasterCard, or place the distribution via phone to be drop shipped to your customer's door.
