Placing an Order Online

Once your account is set up, placing an order for your practice is easy. Simply click Ordering on the left side of the screen and select one of our order forms.

  • Standard Order is a blank order form. It allows you to enter a product name or search for one by selecting a product line from the pull-down menu and choosing an item from that product line.

  • Price List Order lists all products, proprietary and distributed, grouping them by categories.

  • Quick Order allows you to speedily reorder, using a previously placed order as a template. Each Quick Order profile is easily modified to accommodate your present needs.

Volume Discounts

•   $200 - $499

 2% discount

•   $500 - $999

 5% discount

•   $1000 or more

 10% discount

Volume discounts do not apply to already discounted items.

Minimum Order Details

There are no minimum order requirements.

Payment and Terms

We accept Visa and MasterCard. Terms are not available for online orders.

Order Status and Tracking

After you have placed your order, you will receive two emails.

  • Order confirmation email: This first email will confirm that your order has been received.

  • Order shipped email: The second email confirms that your order has been shipped, your tracking information and invoice number will be included.

  • To track your order

    1. Find the UPS tracking number in the Order shipped email sent to you confirming that your order was shipped.

    2. Go to http://www.ups.com/tracking/tracking.html to check the status of your order online.

    3. When prompted to enter an inquiry number, enter your package tracking number and click Track.

    It may take up to 24 hours after shipment before tracking information appears on the UPS website.

  • If your order appears to be delayed, remember:

    • Credit card approval must be received prior to processing.

    • All orders will be shipped a few days after they have been received and processed.

    • UPS offers standard delivery Monday through Friday. Saturday delivery is offered with an additional charge. Shipping Rates

Distribution orders sent to your clinic will follow the same process.

Out of Stock Items

Although we make every effort to maintain adequate stock and satisfy our customers, occasionally we are out of certain items. Any changes will be reflected in your invoice order total and shipping confirmation. Please call 800.543.5233 or 831.438.9450 with any questions you may have regarding out of stock items.

Changing or Canceling an Order

To cancel or change an order prior to shipment, contact Customer Service directly at 800.543.5233 or 831.438.9450, before 12 noon, Pacific Standard Time, the same day that the order is placed.

Compliance
Our products are for sale to health professionals, pharmacies, health food/supply stores acting as a Pharmacy with a qualified health professional on staff and students within the aforementioned fields. Proof of certification, health care practice or qualified school ID is required.

Short Shipments and Mis-shipments
Contact Customer Service within 3 days of delivery to address short shipments and miss-shipment concerns.

Shipping Damages

  1. Contact Customer Service immediately to request an inspection. Save all broken items and shipping materials.

  2. Customer Service will contact UPS to report the shipping damage. Items will be returned to Kan Herb Company after UPS inspection.

  3. Kan Herb will reship, credit you for the damaged merchandise, or otherwise assist you.

Guarantee and Returns

At Kan Herb Company, the confidence and pride that we place in our products is reflected by our Money Back Guarantee. If you are not completely satisfied, return the unused portion for a complete refund.

Return of Overstock or Unused Items
Return of overstock or unused items that are sealed and suitable for resale, with the stock number attached, are subject to a restocking fee of 15%. The merchandise must be returned with the shipping prepaid - we do not accept C.O.D. deliveries. Proper packaging must be employed to eliminate damage/marring of labels, or credit may not be given.

Kan Herb Company's proprietary products
must be returned within 6 months of purchase.

Distributed products and introductory kits are not returnable.

How do I return products?

  1. Contact Customer Service at 800.543.5233 or 831.438.9450, or by email at customer@kanherb.com. Please reference the invoice number.

  2. After you have received your Return Authorization, include the following information:
    1. Name
    2. Address
    3. Email address
    4. Phone number
    5. Reason for the return, a copy of the original invoice (if possible) or invoice number, date of purchase, and description of the items returned.
    (Simply print a copy of your online invoice order by visiting Ordering and finding the order in My Orders.)

  3. Send the Return Authorization and merchandise to
